Program overview
The Street Outreach Program (SOP) provides street-based services to runaway, homeless, and street youth who have been subjected to, or are at risk of being subjected to, sexual abuse, prostitution, sexual exploitation, and severe forms of human trafficking in persons. These services, targeted in areas where street youth congregate, are designed to assist such youth in making healthy choices and providing them access to shelter or stable housing, as well as basic needs, including food, hygiene packages, and information on a range of available services.This NOFO is modified. NOFO was missing Disqualifying Factors. Modified NOFO includes factors disqualifying an application to include: Disqualifying factors We will review your application to make sure it meets these responsiveness requirements. We won't consider an application that: Requests funding above the award ceiling. Is submitted after the deadline. Is from an individual, including a sole proprietorship, or a foreign entity. Is received in paper format that didn't have a previously approved exemption from ACF.
