    A state entity or university may submit one proposal in response to this Funding Opportunity. •To be eligible for this Funding Opportunity an applicant must be a state entity or university in the state of Delaware, Michigan, or Ohio that has experience providing cyber security training. Provide documentation of specific, eligible history of service of providing Cyber Certification Program relevant to the proposed Project. See Section 8.1, Definitions.
